Michele directs the legal function for IPC. She brings her 20 years of experience in project and corporate finance, solar energy start-ups, operations, regulated industries, and general corporate work to focus on bringing capital to underserved markets. Michele is thrilled to have joined such a talented team focused on tackling our country’s complex economic, social, and environmental issues. Outside of work, Michele can be found playing with her kids, cats, and dog, eating her husband’s amazing cooking, sitting around the firepit with friends, skiing and playing tennis.
