As a JEDI-B champion and human capital leader, Carmen heads our People and Culture function with the goal of ensuring that IPC is the best place to work. She brings over 15 years of experience leading training & development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, DEI strategy, and many other key functions across industries.  Her commitment to enhance workplace cultures through equitable and inclusive leadership along with strategic process improvement is always evident. As a proud army wife (her husband served over 21 years) and auntie to her wonderful nieces and nephews, Carmen enjoys spending her free time with family, exploring nature, traveling, and cooking delicious meals.
