For the past 2 years, I have worked within the real estate mortgage industry as an underwriter for investment purpose loans. I will be joining the Transaction Finance Team as an Underwriting Analyst to assist with clean energy transaction management, financial diligence, and business development for IPC’s multifamily and nonprofit sector lending. Outside of work, Gerardo’s interests include trying new foods, cooking, and watching sports/movies with family and friends.
